Skymark Real Estate Investors, LLC is an integrated real estate investment and real estate development consulting firm specializing in finding the highest and best use for properties in Florida and across the East Coast. Skymark has developed approximately 4,000 units representing a combined portfolio of $450 million. Currently, Skymark has several projects in various stages of development in Florida and Maryland with a combined portfolio of $150 million.

Skymark maintains corporate offices in both Fort Lauderdale, Florida and New York. The Florida office serves as corporate headquarters and the New York City office provides a financial presence with banks and investors.

Renee Lurie

Renee Lurie is President of ARNA, Inc., a registered Florida-based Real Estate Brokerage Corporation. She is a member of The National Association of Realtors, The Greater Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors and other Realty Boards throughout the state of Florida. As an active member in all aspects of the real estate business for more than 20 years, she is an expert in managing outsourced professional services firms and contractors in areas related to real estate, advertising, marketing and public relations.

Arthur Levine

Arthur Levine, Vice President of ARL, Inc., a mortgage brokerage company, has over 40 years of experience in structuring intricate and complex financial transactions. He is in charge of institutional financing and analyzing, the purchase and sale of income producing properties and vacant land. His expertise in financial services for real estate transactions include structured real estate instruments, debt financing, mezzanine loans as well as traditional banking and mortgage brokerage services. He has worked with Stanley Markofsky for 30 years and is actively involved in all Skymark financing with major lenders.
