Brent Markofsky joined the Skymark Acquisition Department in 1996 and started acquiring apartment units and land for development. Since then, he has become one of the leading acquisition experts in land location for residential properties in Florida and has successfully developed or sold projects to regional and national builders.

Over the years, he has developed a vast network of contacts throughout the brokerage community and large landowners in Florida. He is currently working with well-known national and regional builders that have acquired or continue to acquire land from Skymark.

His acquisitions cover all types of real estate markets and conditions ranging from well established locations to newly emerging real estate markets. Additionally, he has a unique ability to negotiate with owners of substantial land holdings. He also interfaces with land planners in various cities and counties throughout Florida to analyze land available for best and highest use of development.
