The Crane Pointe at Sawgrass Lakes project was acquired in September 2001 and was purchased as fully developed single-family lots. Crane Pointe at Sawgrass Lakes is located in Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida.

Project was completed in September 2004 and consisted of 51 homes.

Legend Lakes, Vero Beach, Florida

The Legend Lakes project was acquired in July 2002 and was purchased as fully developed single-family lots. The Legend Lakes project is located in Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida.

Project was completed in August 2005 and consisted of 59 homes.

Oak Grove, Vero Beach, Florida

The Oak Grove Project was purchased as raw land, which consisted of 18-+ acres. The Oak Grove project is located in Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida.

The property was originally zoned as AG-1 (Agricultural/ 1 unit per acre). After successfully rezoning the property to RM-6 (Residential Multi-Family/ 6 units per acre), the property was sold in June 2005.


The Landings at High Hawk, Vero Beach, Florida

The Landings at High Hawk project was purchased as fully developed single-family lots in February 2003.

The 61 single-family lots were located on 20 acres in Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida. Construction was completed in January 2006.

Tuscany Lakes, Vero Beach, Florida

The Tuscany LakesProject was purchased as raw land, which consisted of 89+ acres. The Pinewood Estates project is located in Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida.

The property was acquired in April 2004. Prior to its sale in October 2005, the property was entitled to include site plan design, developer’s agreements with the local authorities and permitting the development of the subdivision.

Tuscany Lakes - Vero Beach, Florida

Sebastian Crossings, Sebastian, Florida

The Sebastian Crossings Subdivision was acquired in September 2004. The project is located in the City of Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida.

We purchased the project and completed the permitting process which included platting the land into 137 Residential Single-Family Lots.

The project was completed in March 2006 and consisted of 137 Single-Family Privately Gated Subdivision, which was sold to a national homebuilder.

Sebastian Crossings-Sebastian, Florida

Waterstone Homes and Villas, St. Lucie County, Florida

The Waterstone project consisted of two subdivisions. The first was a 152 Single-Family Home Lots and the second consisted of 176 Multi-Family Lots. The Waterstone Subdivision is located in St. Lucie County, Florida.

The project was sold in 2005 to a national homebuilder.

Villas at Citrus Springs, Vero Beach, Florida

The Citrus Springs project was purchased as fully developed duplex villa lots in April 2002. The 102 duplex villa lots are located in Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida, on 26 acres and included the construction of a Recreation Building and Swimming Pool. The subdivision is a gated community and has common areas that are fully maintained by the Homeowners Association. We completed construction of the Villas and recreational amenities in January 2006.
